EVERGREEN
Do not stand at my grave and
weep, I am not there I do not sleep.
I am the warmth at your side
as the cold winds blow, my smile is the sunbeam that glints in the snow. I
am the beam of light at the breaking dawn, I am still with you, so please
don't mourn.
When you wake in the morning
from your dream, and look out in the garden at the evergreen. Remember as those
leaves never change or die, so my love will stay with you, even now as you
sigh.
Do not stand at my grave and cry, I am not there. I did not die.
