Water Scrying

A black bowl, or alternatively black ink is usually used when scrying with water.

In a quiet, calm, dimmed atmosphere place the bowl in front of you. Start to put yourself into a state of relaxation by closing your eyes and taking long, slow, deep breaths. Breath in through the nose and out through the mouth. Hold each breath for several seconds, as you do so feel your mind and body becoming more and more relaxed.

Open your eye, look into the bowl, and look for images. You may see only shadows initially but the images will be there. Larger images will occur sooner, whilst smaller images will take longer.
